Right now in Portugal the third of the 2014/15 official competitions of the “Associação Portuguesa de Futebol 7” and “Associação Portuguesa MiniFootball” are taking place.
In the latter stage of the season, the “SuperLiga Nacional Futebol 7”, the country’s largest 7-a-side Football League, played in 26 locations, encounters itself at the penultimate round of its regular competition, and within the upcoming weeks also being disputed the knockout phase of the Cup.
The “SuperLiga Nacional Futebol 5,” the biggest competition of 5-a-side Football in Portugal, played in eight cities throughout the country, is also at just two rounds until the championship ending and about to enter the Cup´s knockout phase.
Already some regional champions are decided, and in the remaining locations the winning teams to be crowned by the last two rounds, adding to this the Cup competition, we anticipate a blistering final stretch, until the National Final which will be integrated in “Elite Futebol 5 & 7” event that will be held in late July, bringing together 21 regional champions of 7-a-side football and 8 regional champions of 5-a-side football from the respective competitions mentioned above.
