Romanian minifootball experienced an action-packed June with two significant events: the Romanian Cup and the Romanian Business Cup. Dozens of teams from across the country battled for national glory.
Romanian Cup
Held in the city of Cluj Napoca, the tournament featured an impressive 91 teams at the start. In the end, it was Viitorul Galati who emerged victorious, claiming their first major national trophy and writing a new chapter in their club’s history.
Additionally, the top 12 teams from Cluj secured qualification for this year’s Romanian National Championship, ensuring even more excitement ahead.

Romanian Business Cup
Just a week later, the city of Galati hosted 28 teams for the prestigious corporate tournament. Here, Catena Racing Team Bucharest showcased their dominance once again, winning the title for the second consecutive year and setting a record with their third national crown in this competition. Catena firmly cemented their reputation as the most successful business team in Romanian minifootball.
