It is a 2 week distance to the beginning of the new season in Greece. All teams are already ready for the challenge of the new championship and those who want to reach the top know that they have to beat the champions of 2011 and 2012. Amigos are the king of Greek minifootball since 2011 and there is no doubt that there are not many teams that can follow them on the high level that they play. It is obvious that the motivation of winning a champion is always great but this time seems to be even bigger if we take into consideration that all players would give their very best for being present in miniEURO 2013.
December 1st will be the 1st day of the season. There was a small delay because of the strikes and other problems that caused difficulties in the registration process of the teams. The organizing Committee of the Greek and Cypriot Minifootball Association (where the N’JOY UNI-League belongs) guarantees for the success of this year despite the problems that exist and will continue to exist in Greek society due to the financial crisis.
Mr. Stratis Sipetzis who is Operations Manager said: “There is no doubt that the new year will be even more challenging for the players and for the organizers too. The crisis is part of the Greek reality, however minifootball is another part of the everyday life of Greeks and this is not going to change at all.”
