On Sunday Transnistria Minifootball League achieved a new Champion, IDC (InterDnestrCom),

They fully deserved the win too, beating the team that represented Moldova in EMF Champions League earlier this year, DNESTR, in the dramatic final on last seconds of the match. The third position in the top League was taken by TIRAS and the second division champions were NOVII TIRAS.

The Transnistrian Championship started in October with two leagues. A premier league of (8 teams) and League 1 (6 teams) as this championship is a part of Moldavian Minifootball Association it was well organised with great matches in group stages and playoff with live streams.

As a prize of the Championship two teams received full packages for the tournament in Romania, Iasi city, UNITED CUP 2017 (13-15 January) to help them be more prepared for spring Championship and to play against strong Romanian minifootball teams.

Transnistria is part of Moldova, and a self-proclaimed republic on a strip of land between the River Dniester, it may be divided by political aspects but it will be always united by minifooball.
