Petr Švancara: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Petr_%C5%A0vancara, a minifootball player who plays for the team of Tripoli Brno, made a grand farewell party, as his career as a professional footballer came to an end. On Saturday, 27th June 2015, 35,000 fans came to say goodbye to him and met at a partially reconstructed stadium “Za Lužánkami” in Brno, where football has not been played for 14 years.
Although Švancara ended up as a professional he is still devoted to football at the amateur level. Besides other things he occupies himself with minifootball both actively and also as a coach of the youth. In his native Brno he was appointed to this function from 1 May 2015 under the project “Aim at the right goal,” which is focused at preventing violence, crime and drug addiction. He also helps ethnic minorities to integrate into society. Finally, he is devoted to the development of the youth and helps to organize football coaching at schools and kindergartens.
