miniEURO 2013…. Welcome to Greece!

The European Minifootball Federation is delighted to announce that the hosting country for the miniEURO 2013 is GREECE! The European championship will take place in Rethymno city, on the island of Crete from October 10th to 14th.

The EMF Εxecutive Committee decided on the matter on April 5th in Birmingham, as scheduled but today we announce it officially. From now on, all national Associations will be working hard with their national teams so as to be among the favorites! After the success of miniEURO 2012 in Moldova, everybody is facing new challenges!! Is the Romanian national team strong enough to retain the throne for one more year? All questions will be answered soon! Until then, there is only hard work from everyone in the EMF and the national Associations.

More information concerning the final format of the groups phase and of the knock out games, concerning the exact program of the games and the date of the official draw will be provided during the next few weeks. One of the most beautiful places of Europe will be the official host of a celebration of the most beautiful sport of the world: This chemistry will be pure magic…

There are exactly 6 months left, the final countdown has started!
