The Italian team is ready to compete in miniEURO in Greece – after a unique warm up.
The pre- meeting is set at Carmagnola, near Turin , for Wednesday, Oct. 9 where the squad are guests of the Italian Federation Footgolf at the Sunflowers Golf Club , with the Blues engaged in an exhibition tournament of footgolf (soccer + golf) in the 9-hole course .
The day provides a fun addition to the finishing touches for oiling the mechanisms in the European Championship, which kick off on Thursday.
Italy is inserted as the third seeded in Group A with the hosts of Greece, Turkey and Lithuania. This is the program of the 1st Phase: Italy -Lithuania Thursday, October 10th at 24:00 local time ( 23:00 in Italy) , Friday 13:00 Italy -Turkey – Greece and Italy Saturday 12:00 am Italian time.
