Here they are, our Azzurri the miniEURO2013, already they are focused on the prestigious event in mid-October on the island of Crete, where they will play in architecture immersed in the splendor of the palaces of Minos unearthed by archaeologists.

Twenty-nine athletes from all over Italy including Massimo Pezzuto, Saffioti Francesco, Gianluca Ongari and Lorenzo Bettiga from Venice. Renato Musto La Spezia. Livorno’s Jacopo Sireno, Diego Lazzerini and Fulvio Ceccarini, from Naples as Mario Brancaccio, from San Giorgio Ionic Chiriti like Andrea and Mario Teodoro, as Andrea Vignaga from Padua, and also from Sicily, from Molise, the Abruzzi.

Gianluca Finazzi, very special observer on behalf of Time Out, filmed them with passion the initial training drills.

In terms of preparation, nothing is left to chance: the aim is to achieve maximum fitness, well oiling the gears of the “blue goal machine,” such is the attention to detail – now the players are focused only on team play.

The two days of the meeting in Pesaro, Saturday 29 and Sunday, June 30, are worn in pleasant summer weather, deliciously ventilated by the breeze of the Adriatic. All this will be vital to help the Azzurri compete in Crete, as Italy intend to take home the trophy, which was won by Romania last time around.
