We are happy to announce that “Minifootball Federation” organization has received state registration. This programme is the continuation of European Minifootball Federation programme and its aim like EMF’s aim is to promote the idea of healthy society.
”As a founding president of Minifootball Federation I would like to thank the directorate of the appropriate state institution for assisting in state registration affairs as well as the president of EMF, Razvan Burleanu, for guidance and consultation”, said Artem Shahbazyan, the new president of the Armenian Minifootball Federation.
The new federation have a list of projects to carry out during these years:
Project A
Mini Football Teams’ development
-To assist the formation of teams throughout the whole territory of Armenia.
-To provide the teams with primary items (kit, balls, etc.) for them to exercise regularly.
-To foster the professional growth of coaches with the help of educational trainings.
-To regularly organize inter-team competitions, championships, as well as to participate in international competitions and championships.
Project B
Stadiums building
Taking into consideration the fact of minifootball being a newly formed sport type in Armenia, the primary aim is to build stadiums according to European standards, especially in different regions of Armenia.
It is planned to build at least two or three stadiums during the upcoming two years, which will allow organizing high-class minifootball championships and competitions in Armenia, as well as hosting other European teams or organizing European international championships.
Project C
Psychology of Minifootball
As a former football player, Artem Shahbazyan highlight the organization of sporting psychological educational programs for all the members of the federation: coaches, players and others.
For the realization of this program the Armenian Minifootball Federation already have a small group of psychologists which conduct the psychological trainings for all the teams, players and coaches.
Such psychological trainings will be aimed at strengthening the following aspects for coaches and players:
ü Personal growth
ü 4C’s – Concentration, confidence, Control(emotional), Commitment
ü Space orientation and perception
ü Coordination of movements and body
ü Distribution and concentration of attention
ü High team intercommunication
ü Team unity
ü Relaxation
ü and others.
Project D
Minifootball for disable people
This program differs from others with its peculiarities. It is special as is intended to have a number of innovations in order to organize a game. For example, the availability of signal and guide marks in the stadium and other things.
During this year it plans to organize teams of disabled people along with other teams. It already started forming 2 teams of sightless people with the help of one of our disabled friend.
”I am very much excited about this initiative at the same time realizing my responsibility of developing minifootball in Armenia, and I expect to develop the cooperation of Mini Football Federations of Armenia and Europe.”, concluded Artem Shahbazyan.
