The official minifootball championships in Montenegro reached its conclusion, with Dadex taking the title.
A total of 34 teams took part, first in the club championships, then the play offs. These were whittled down to just the final two, where Dadex took on Dadi Export.
Dadex were the more agile team in the final, eventually winning a tight game by four goals to three.
They began in excellent fashion and soon raced into a 3-0 lead, but the persistent Dadi did not give up and made the game close in the second half, but ultimately did not have the power of their opponents.
This defeat meant that Dadi have lost two cup finals, so they will be hoping to make it third time lucky!
The finals attracted a large crowd and were attended by many leading public figures, perhaps more importantly, the day gave top officials from Montenegro the chance to run the rule over the top players in the country, with a view to selecting a competitive squad to play in the miniEURO in Crete.
