The last games of 2012 for the Kazakhstan league of fans of football (LFF) was successful and brought with it, many positive moments.
The introduction of LFF to the ranks of the European Miniinifootball Federation led to a significant increase in interest to amateur football in our Republic and is seen as a special event.
The scope of minifootball in Kazakhstan began to extend considerably and is now truly national. LFF leagues are now open in the following cities: Semey, Karaganda, Almaty, Ustamenogorsk,Pavlodar and Aktobe. In these cities the strongest teams for further final tournament which will define the winner, who will be given the honour to represent the Republic of Kazakhstan in the European championship.
In addition the increasing interest to LFF matches from professional football managers and selectors are looking to nurture young and new talents for their further development in professional teams.
In the long term with support of the state, opening of specialized stadium for conduction of the championships in the format 6*6 with artificial coverfields, viewing stands and other important developments are planned.
LFF works with the information support of mass media, such as ‘Astanasport’ magazine, ‘Pro Sport Kazakhstan’ newspaper, ‘Egemen Kazakhstan’ newspaper.
LFF promotes honest uncompromising contest and honest impartial refereeing.
